****RECEIVING CAN NOW BE PERFORMED IN webBASIS****

You now have the option of performing your Receiving on webBASIS.  Previously you only had the option of Receiving using 3270 BASIS and utilizing the command QRPO, DRPO, and CAPP.  Online tutorials on how to process your Receiving on webBASIS may be found on the UPS Training Materials link.

Simply login through your Administrator Access and then select the Purchasing Menu.  If you would like to quickly see what invoices have been received by A/P for which you have not performed Receiving, simply then select the Unmatched CMs, Invoices, Receivers link.  Use the search facility at the bottom of the page to search for Type 'I' for your BU and if you remove the Date from the Date field then select the New Search button you can then quickly see the list that will be displayed.

BASIS, short for Business and Administrative Strategic Information Systems, is an integrated suite of software, designed and implemented by University of Arkansas staff, including resources from University IT Services, Business Affairs, Financial Affairs, and Human Resources, along with valuable input from many of our campus users, in order to provide the campus with a fully integrated Business, Financial, and Human Resource system.
