Processing Hourly Time for an Employee

The Hourly Time Sheets Module (Hrly-TS) is part of the payroll system. It is used to enter and track time worked for temporary hourly employees of the university. The system also calculates employee overtime correctly even when a person is working in multiple locations as an hourly employee or when an employee is appointed and also working hourly. It permits departments to establish their own time periods for which employees are to report their time—the system will pay whatever is reported on the first possible payroll (may be for last week, last month, or last year).
